It seems the Insurance department is very short sighted. To think these take out companies are the solution to the States problems is just another shell game. Take out companies that are NOT finanially sound, just shift the blame away from the State when disaster hits. The commissions and service of the take out companies is very poor. As we continue down this road of disaster, due to the lower commisisions, service and clams handling, again it is the insured who ultimatley suffers. The independent agent was designed to help the insured and now is put in a position to fail the insureds needs.
