why not bring him to do light duty work and still get a paycheck and not a workman comp claim check. why not make the worker feel like he can contribute to the work environment. he'll get a regular paycheck and because he's on light duty can still recover. this make good sense if that is all the company is doing. it makes good sense in showing that the company is still providing the care and support while still giving him a paycheck.
