Very simplistic view David. How would you like to work just as hard from one year to the next, renew every insurance account that you have, and end up with 80% or less of the income you made the previous year? That is what is happening, coupled with the staff wanting increases, increasing benefits costs, and losing customers as they go out of business or lose their homes.
