Do a good search & you should be able to find one.

Part of the advantage which this device offers it the bypassing of the digestive system for getting the alcohol into your system.
No mouth or stomach involved. For people who have difficulty with the taste, or sensitive stomachs, this solves it.

It also claims to reduce the likelyhood or severity of hangovers on the basis of less dehydration, or fewer of the debilitating chemicals being ingested into the system.

I can't believe that South Carolina decided to care enough to do this.
More specifically, I find it interesting that someone decided that a new process which doesn't punish you as hard for drinking should be outlawed.
