I am absolutely amazed at how the state can throw away such money...it disgusts me to no end. And to add insult to injury, the same WCE's are about to rape and pillage tax payers in other states for the same type of programs.
Is there another fruitless program we can fund with stolen public education funds???
If nobody minds, I'll take a check to pay for the addition on my house or a boat on the intercoastal......lol
