Florida needs Allstate far more than vice-versa. Come to think of it, what insurance company NEEDS Florida? You are right, this was (and will be again) a urinating contest. Unfortunately, the Florida Department of Insurance never heard Jim Croce warn "Don't spit (pee) into the wind".
