I was just in there on 5-2-2008 and paid my insurance and he talk to me like always but i would get a notice maybe 1 or 2 times every fews months but i would take them in and he would say dont worry about it he would take care of it and he would so i didnt because myself and my dad have been with them for years and i never had this start happen until last year i know he move his computer to his back room so we couldnt see it and he would walk back there and come back in seconds with the amount you owe to fast and if you were late he didnt charge a late fee sometimes he was just to nice i just cant understand why he would take someones life she didnt do anything to him she was doing her job god bless her and her family
