I agree, it is sad to see the Good Hands people acting this way. But I've been seeing them act this way for the last 15 years or so, ever since they hired McKinsey to advise them how to increase their bottom line...pay less out on claims! That's whats got them in trouble now, not wanting to show the entire McKinsey report.

There're alot of good people working there. They just hurt themselves and their agents and employees in the long run.
