And neither does the State of Florida. In fact, the McKinsey docs had nothing to do with property insurance settlement which was the focus of the subpoena yet they wre called. Along with every other document written since we started using paper. Note that McKinsey has been fully available for more than a month and there has not been even a note of protest.
Allstate has just become a favorite whipping boy for the Florida OIC/governor.
