If carriers do not get the rate they believe is adequate to provide coverage they will cancel the policy. No judge can stop them. Last time I check it is still a free market economy and how is this going to provide stability to an allready vulnerable market. GET RID OF CRIST AND MCCARTY! pandering politicians.
