Mississippi has had a lot of adverse publicity over the years, and while most of it was earned there are many wonderful achievements worth noting. Now it appears they have decided to become the "speed trap capital" of the US. It is hard to imagine that all crimes involving murder, drugs and sex stopped while the money collectors were out in force. It looks like they are creating another reason to not go through Mississippi and that is sad.
