It seems the trial lawyers are having lawsuits against the Drug companies. tobacco companies, Or chemical companies for large outrages settlements, It not only hurts the companies and share-holders
But higher prices are passed to the consumer, It is about time we put caps on the amount of a settlement for these lawsuits,
