I will admit I have a limited knowledge of the arbitration system. But one thing I do know is that regarding contracts that I have signed leave me no other option but to go into binding arbitration. It is also my understanding (opinion) that if you loose in binding arbitration YOU have to pay for just about the whole thing. In my opinion, if I'm wrong and in a case, I want a jury of my peers to hear the case and not a single person.

In my opinion being contractually forced into binding arbitration is not fair, we the consumer or other party, should have the right to sue in a court of law, not a court of one arbitrator.
