One has to question why a U.S. attorney, even a good ole boy from Mississippi, would voluntarily request dismissal of any charges against this piece of human garbage who raped the legal system and insurance companies for decades. That's the problem with our legal system, it doesn't have the balls to nail the guilty with the maximum sentence. Now is not the time to "play nice" with the likes of Scruggs.
