Dickie raped the legal system for decades and made hundreds of milllions of dollars doing it. He lived the high life and enjoyed only the finest things. Now at age 62, he finally gets caught and what punishment is given? A measily 5 years at a minimun security prison in another hillbilly state, Kentucky. He'll be eligible for parle in 18 months. He doesn't have to make any restitution either. Now that's justice isn't it? Last week another hillbilly judge in Alabama sentenced a teegage boy to 10 years for torching a VW worth $5,000. That's justice too isn't it? Our legal system is badly flawed.
