There is not a first time but only a first time getting caught. The devil is always in the details. The little details that get you caught. If we divide the fees won into the number of plaintiffs we would all be very surprised. My dad said if you were going to commit a crime you should dide the money gained by the years served to see if the annual pay while in prison is sufficient. I dare say the pay in this case is very adequate. Why no fine and or restitution? Who paid the cost of the trial?
