Dickie must serve 85% of his sentence. Feds don't play like state judges. Thats a shame too. State judges end up wealthy and usually just skate right along, but fed judges have a vested retirement after a year on the bench that is criminal by any working mans standards. Dickie is going to a prison that is not exactly a piece of cake but he will undoubtly find work in the law library. Won't that be interesting for some judge to discover ol' Dickie is jammin' up his docket from a cell. I love it. All I am trying to say is, our legal system is never going to work like this. It never has.
