And they are not very instructive with what types of exhibits they want to demonstrate your rates. Don't think you can call and speak to an OIR actuary either - they are of no help.
I've never seen a department of insurance be so aloof and uncaring in working with insurance companies to write business in their state. If this is at the influence of Crist - let's hope that McCain is not so easily pursuaded in making him a VP candidate!
