What they should add is that even if you aren't involved in a deadly collision, if you are at .10%, you will also face a very vindictive "punishment" which is a means to support the cottage industry that the fines and costs for DUI generate. Many police officers are happy to participate because it's an easy bust and a good source of overtime income. What I'd like to see is that they concentrate on the existing, known problems, not try to expand the reach of law enforcement.
