Allstate is notorious for trying to get around the rules. In Arizona they are the most arbitration oriented company in our industry and seldom pay a claim without arbitrating it. Their agents are the most unprofessional and unethical agents in the business here and seems that is the case elsewhere also in their operating areas from the news on the web about their company. Their in trouble in california also. Very bad company that seeks to bend the rules to their advantage and never looks out for the best interest of the customer. By the way they were rated 37th out of 40 companies for how poorly they handle their claims here also. But you know as they Say "that's allstate's stand"!! Trouble is they don't stand for anything but themself.
