If you are in the industry you know that the insurance departments track complaints. That's the information that I was referring to. Otherwise it's just rumor. There are facts out there for people actually willing to do the research. Unless all you care about is complaining. I have done that myself so I can sympathize. In my over thirty years in the insurance business I have certainly done my share of complaining.
