Allstate shows neither their customers or agents any respect when it comes to claims, and underwriting. It is all about the dividends for the shareholders, and the huge bonuses for the CEO, not to mention the huge amount of money spent on trips for agents and management to places such as Rome and Australia. These trips are supposed to be a rward for agents, but in fact they are nothing more than an expensice party for the upper management. Hmmmm I wonder who pays for all of this? Could it be Allstate's clients?
