Did anyone note the quote from the developer? What a first class a--h---. Of course it's an option to not develop this property - just don't do it. And since when to developers have the right to purchase land, and either fail to perform or ignore their due diligence about the restrictions, and then whine about how to make it easier/more profitable for them?

Have these people been hermits for the past decade? What on earth makes ANYONE think they should be building property in this type of environment?
