Again robbing from Peter to pay Paul. The stupid website 'shopandcomparerates.com was taken down to update or fix the rates. Notice how it was supposed to be top 25 companies. State Farm squeezes into #26 in most of the counties. when they factor in their mitigation credits they suddenly appear in the top 10.
