This is a terrible idea. It only mentions obesity and nothing about the three other health problems considered. This could also possibly fall under the catagory of discrimination or going against the ADA. But hey let those that aren't troubled with genetic disorders skate while those troubled with bad genes have to pay. Perhaps they should think about charging those with eating disorders like anorexia and bulemia more for insurance too since they pose a health risk to themselves.
