Subject: Next wave of surcharges will be for those who are too tall.
Fair skinned people sunburn more easily, so they need to be surcharged as well.
People with hooded eyelids can't see peripherally as well as those without hooded lids and therefore might trip over things and cost more in worker's comp. Best to surcharge them also. Actually, let's just surcharge anyone who wears glasses because even if they have a vision plan, they might get more headaches and junk because they can't see as well.
Who are we missing... Looks like smokers, anorexics and bulimics have been covered... Well, if I have forgotten any of you, and you know who you are, I will trust you to pony up come pay day.
How dare imperfect people try to do silly foolish things like have jobs or benefits! What the hell are they thinking? They should stay in their hovels, under a rock, lest we golden faultless few are inconvenienced by having to look upon their pathetic, imperfect faces as we sit high above on our thrones.
Scoff scoff!
