As much misery as it would have caused millions of people I would have enjoyed watching Crist handle the aftermath if Ike would have hit South Florida as a Cat 4 or 5. If the wind blows he is going to go down as the worst governor in History.

Since Citizens has lowered their rates for condos again (9/1/08) I have now personally moved almost $200 million in exposure that was in the private market into Citizens.
