He knew it was wrong or why else would he try to hide the payments made to Massey. ALso, over $800,000 is in question but only $275,000 was paid in restitution. This country needs to stop the slap on the wrist type sentencing and start getting tough with criminals, all criminals. The sentence should be a deterent for the next guy.
