When you choose to live in a hurricane prone area, you should have to pay more
for the coverage than someone who chose
more wisely. [The foolish man built his house upon the sand...The wise man built
his house upon a rock...]
Why should my tax dollars be spent to help someone maintain a lifestyle of
being on or near the beach--where I can
not even afford to vacation. With gas
prices doing their number and my electric
rates being raised by 30%, grocery
prices going so high, and my pay staying
the same, why are only people on the
coast being considered for aid. I know
elderly people choosing between paying
bills and buying groceries. Where is their
"bail out"?
