If that was my daughter I would own all of the parks and then some. How dare they say it was the operators fault. Half of operators are teenagers and are barely trained to do anything more that start and stop the ride. The park is responsible for not have the ride check and maintained on a regular basis. It's also disturbing that they are trying to put the blame on the makers of the ride. If no is told of the condition how will they know. It's poor upkeep from the park officals and no one else. Now this poor child has lost her teenage years and fun. Something they are trying to push off knowing if it was their child they wouldn't want to hear the bull they are dishing out. I hope her parents take them for all their worth just for trying to undermind the situation.
