Six Flags has a good record of safety- but it's really simple, they should have come clean to begin with, settled with the family and corrected any maint. issue before it got as far as it did.

Really, only insurance companies and lawyers put a price on a human limb or pain and suffering.

Settle with injuried party, fix your problems and move forward.
