I live on the Coast. I have zero confidence that anything generated out of Jackson State University will acutally help mitigate any natural disaster! This is just another example of a representative showing favortisim for a pet project in his backyard to help secure votes in the next election. I'm sick of Washington wasting my tax dollars.
