Subject: covered peril
"The Duke lawsuit said National Union breached its contract, arguing that the insurance policies protect the school from any losses arising from legal claims."
I would venture to say that the contracts cover legal fees on covered perils, not ANY peril. What type of covered peril could this be, dumping your students under the bus?
