I too am awaiting a coverage guru but this is typical IJ coverage. We really don't have enough policy info to make an informed decision on who looks good or who looks bad but it doesn't surprize me that an AIG company is the denying entity, especially National Union (known for their continuing denial of D&O claims). Good luck with the bailout and all the other pending problems. I also agree however with "lastbat" that it was a lose/lose situation for Duke. They would have been seen as racist pigs for not believing the black stripper/hooker in a controversy with southern elitist lacrosse players.
