Sure, but lets face it, if every school with such rules expelled every student for such, our colleges would be nearly empty. Also, the rule specifically points out underage drinking as well!!! Its college, and parties happen at college. I mean seriously, whoever thinks that their child is going to go to college, even your top schools, and is not going to attend the occasional party is seriously misinformed. But also keep in mind that the school rushed to crucify these athletes over the falsely claimed rape issue. They had the professors condemning their own students publicly, as well as the administrators. This constitutes Libel/Slander under state and federal laws. These athletes were also failed in courses just because of this, and some just kicked out of classes outright. IT was a witch hunt, only the school was not going after the true witch, who turned out to be Nifong and the alleged *****.
