The Greenbrier is built on top of a cold-war era fallout shelter designed to house the remaining members of government should Ivan have ever decided to push the button (well, actually, the hotel was there first... whatever).

They should start taking reservations for Dec 21, 2012. Get a couple of those suvivalist whackos with too much money, toss a few tons of MRE's down there, then offer to let them start move-in on Dec 1, 2012. People will eat it up!!!

Remember Y2K? 12/21/2012 is going to be a HUGE money-making opportunity.
