If State Farm is really as bad as everyone has documented here, then the only mistake being made by Charlie Crist and FL Insurance Commissioner McCarthy is not requiring them to get out completely! There are plenty of other carriers in Florida willing to write Auto and Life policies on former State Farm customers, and then the sanctity of the State Farm Excluisve Agent agreement would remain intact.
