Subject: Terrible -- Shut Down the Plant
Plants using gas should only allow in the United States after OSHA figures out how to stop these terrible accidents.
Our federal government (both republican and democrat) has done such a fine job of controlling and monitoring the financial system; we should use the same people and system for fixing industrial gas accidents.
