well, it does not matter who sent the msg, but if you are going to hit drivers for this action, you might as well get them for using cellphones! how many of them do you see having that phone up to the ear, leaning against the window but have not clue about their surroundings? how many of them make a lane change without a turn signal? there is many a driver that does that even w/o a cellphone next to their ear. there are so many safety issues, that we think that one minor law change is going to make a big difference. how many of drive our vehicles faster than the posted speed limit and yet, it's not enforced? how many states now require us to have our headlights on while using our wipers? that is not enforced either. so why do we keep making laws that our so-called state troopers and policman are not enforcing or abiding themselves? how many of the policeman have a computer in the car and are responding to it while driving? can we get them a ticket for texting while driving? it might be a cellphone, but it is a wireless communications w/texting capability.
