it's disturbing that the Commissioner says "I have no choice but to believe some of what the insurance companies say is true...".

The Commissioner of Insurance, who is supposed to be working to resolve problems with the infrastructure of the state's insurance industry, reluctantly believes SOME of what companies are telling him??

His will seem a long tenure...
