"stop being a responsible parent"? I doubt they ever were responsible parents. Most lead paint poisoning claims are bogus anyway. There are plenty of other sources to get elevated lead numbers in the blood. Paint gets a bad rap......rap being the operative term. And why is it only one ethnic group has children who have paint chips as a staple food?
