I WENT TO PIGEON FORGE ON VACATION LAST WEEK AND RENTED A HOUSE .I FOUND CODE VIOLATIONS BEFORE I EVEN GOT IN THE HOUSE .THESE WERE LIFE AND SAFETY VIOLATIONS .WHEN WE ENTERED THE HOUSE WE FOUND EVEN MORE VIOLATIONS .THE OWNER SAID THE INSPECTION IS THE SET BACKS FOR THE BUILDING ITSELF .EVENTUALLY SOMEONE WILL GET HURT AND THIS WILL BE CORRECTED .IF THERE IS NO CODE THEN THERE IS NO VIOLATION
