As an employer, I'd be interested in hearing about employee fraud and what if anything is or can be done about it. I hear a lot of lip service from DOI and various insurance companies but I don't hear or read much about prosecution of employees. My biased opinion is there is more employee fraud than employer fraud but I expect more money can be extracted from an employer, thus bigger headlines, rather than employees so that might play a role in who a district attorney will go after.
