Good article our builder RW Hertel has been under investigation as well and sued for fraud, on building defective homes and knowing they contained toxic mold and covering it up and selling the homes to us buyers. When we got leaks and mold the builder threatened to sue us if we complain, the State CSLB investigated and found his homes defective and not to code. He also uses his insurance companies policies as a way of defrauding them as well. Many investigative News stories have exposed him
