Subject: RE: Builder RW Hertel & Sons FRAUD
Yes, the homes are defective as the State agency has already determined and now the bonding companies have claims for the same, bottom line is the homes in all our developments from Ripon, CA to Ventura, CA are NOT nor have they ever been built to required laws or building codes. The problem is greed and hiring illegal low paid workers. Not to mention Hertel has cheated so many people including his very own insurance companies. I can say first hand there has been and is fraud on behalf of RW Hertel & Sons with Ron and Robert to blame. I will await when many of us are called as witnesses against them.
