Why are you lying about this bill and its effects? Why should medicare be shortchanged in favor of liability carriers when the carriers have specifically agreed to insure the risk? Perhaps you should just require that medicare pay all the medical bills that would otherwise be covered by med pay, then the carriers could take premium for insuring illusory risks. Maybe I've just answered my own questions. You should rename your publication "The Cheerleaders For Insurer Theft From Taxpayers Journal".
