I believe the law states that the language can be included with the payment - or on the check itself. As a "banker", I agree that placing that much language on the back of the check could interfere with endorsement and audit trail information that is tracked there. Ironic that to place this much text on the back of a check, it will need to be such a small font that it would be difficult to read. Perhaps a reference "have read and understood the enclosed materials... type of message would work better?. Should still be compliant as "back of check" is not required- as long as info is with enclosed materials?
