I was injured at work in Arizona. I have been getting checks from SCF Arizona for almost two years. Until today they supposeibly have sent me my last check for TTD.Am told that I will not recieve any money now for 2-4 months now until they decide on a pernenate amount to start paying me.How can this be I have not been told from anyone that I can return to work.Also I have not gotten any restrictions either yet.Which I know there are some.On my most recent surgery I had 8 disc in my neck and back all fussed with 2 rods running down the back of my neck.I had 3 surgeries before on my neck from other injuries.Before this I had a 34% whole body disability and can only lift 10 lbs.I don'y know how I will pay my rent and other bills now.Today I was forced to go to the county and apply for food stamps and anything else I can get.Also signed up for the food bank.The system here really sucks I think. Also no word on thearpy to get in enough shape to have to possibly strart working again which will be hard.My hands are still numb my legs are wobbly and off balance.There has been no word on re educating me for some other work other then construction as I was doing either.Any comments please.
