i see all these people being taken to jail, and state compensation insurance fund getting all the or most of the credit like they are not breaking the law! those bastards need to be on death row or locked up for life. scif commits fraud of the worst kind, they do it to the injured workers. scif insures employers that no other comp carrier will cover. scif protects crooked contractors like the company i worked for! yes! Imo an injured worker who is dyeing. Imo at 6301 day rd in riverside ca. protesting in front of state compensation insurance funds building. on april 23 Thursday of 2009 i was protesting in front of scif building when i seen two state compensation employees on the second floor balcony a man and women, all of a sudden the mail yelled out a races remark at me, i looked up and they both ducked and ran. i call jan franks office to complain, she is the CEOs for state fund, the big boss who by the way makes 450,000 dollars plus a year. why i call i dont know because they never return my calls any way. as i was saying, i called and the person i talk to started yelling at me saying to complain to the riverside office i was at. after i stop crying and got my composer back, i started feeling sick and getting dizzy so i started to go into scif building to go the rest room so i could put water in my face because i thought i was going to through up, i also needed to take my heart medication. and then i was going to complain about what had just happen. as i walk into the scif building security put his hands on my chest and started pushing me out of the scif building, i told security to stop and to call the police because Imo disabled and Imo dyeing of heart failure due to my injures. the police come they see i am upset and crying as i am telling the police what happen. any way the police officer walks me over to the security people and tells the security people to leave me alone because this is a public building. this is not the first time scif has called the police on me and each time the police told scif to leave me alone. please! i ask that you support all the injured workers who are going through the same problems im going through. you can call jan frank at (415)565-1456 and tell her you support tommy leary and all the injured workers, tell jan frank to get out of her office and clean house like she said when she took her job making 450,000 dollars plus a year. and ask her if she has done anything about the 500 million dollars scif stoled. if you want to get involved and support me in my cause, call me at (909)252-6740 or (805)518-9375 or (951)796-9118, GET INVOLVED!
