especially contractors seeing any decrease?
All of their rates have increased and are on the verge of moving to another state to do business!!
They must be giving the discounts to the
large corporate owned companies just like everything else in California and the United States. The rich get richer, the poor get poorer and the hard-working middle class companies get the bill for all!!
